Therapy and rehabilitation centres
Booking and scheduling software for therapy centres
Weekly sessions for months, several therapists, parents booking for one child or two: upnshop keeps the schedule, the reminders and each therapist's commission straight, so your team spends its time on therapy, not on admin.

What upnshop takes off your hands
Without upnshop: A course of weekly sessions rebooked by hand
Book the whole course at once
Create a recurring series in one go, then move one session, or every session after it, when plans change.
Without upnshop: Parents forgetting next week's session
Reminders on LINE
Confirmations, changes and reminders go out on their own, on LINE or by email.
Without upnshop: Missed sessions nobody recorded
Attendance, with reasons
Mark each session attended or missed with a reason, so every family's attendance is right and the hour can go to someone else.
Without upnshop: Commissions added up at the end of the month
Commission per session
A percentage or a fixed fee per session, calculated from what each therapist performed. A family session counts once per child.
Also included
- Choose which services families can book online, an assessment say, and keep ongoing sessions for your team to book
- One profile per child, with notes, tags and every visit
- A waiting list for families you can't fit in yet
- Several locations and rooms in one schedule
- Staff hours and days off, and roles for what each person sees
Frequently asked questions
Can parents bring two children to one appointment?
Yes. One appointment can include several customers, each with their own service, and each child's attendance is recorded on its own.
Can a therapist see only their own figures?
Yes. Roles decide what each person can see and change, and on the dashboard a therapist sees only their own appointments and payments.
