Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They book from your page in any phone or computer browser, or from inside LINE. A free account, made in a few seconds or with Google, lets them see and change their appointments.
Which languages does upnshop speak?
Traditional Chinese, English and French, for you and your customers. You can also rename words like "staff" or "appointment" to match your trade.
I have several locations. Does that work?
Yes. Each location has its own hours, rooms, staff and public page, and you see them all together in one schedule and one dashboard.
Can upnshop work out my staff's commission?
Yes. Give each person a percentage of what they collect or a fixed fee per session. upnshop calculates it on every visit, and the dashboard shows each person's total and what the business keeps after commission.
Can my staff see how much everyone earns?
Only if you let them. Roles decide what each person can see and change; by default, staff see only their own appointments and payments.
