About upnshop
We make the booking and management software that runs the day-to-day of independent businesses: therapy centres, clinics, salons and studios.
Why we started
Too many good businesses still run on a paper diary, a shared spreadsheet and a phone that never stops ringing. Staff spend hours confirming times and sending reminders by hand, and a missed appointment is an empty hour nobody gets back.
upnshop started in Tainan to fix that for a children's therapy centre, and grew from there: one place for the schedule, the customers and the reminders, that works the way Taiwanese businesses already talk to their customers, on LINE.
Today upnshop takes bookings for businesses with one location or several, in Traditional Chinese, English and French.
The idea has not changed since: the software should carry the routine work and the checking, so the people in the business don't have to. Every hour not spent on admin is an hour for customers, and every check the software makes is a mistake nobody has to fix later.
